#1 Start The Day With Yoga
Yoga is an integral part of PM Modi's daily schedule. His day starts early with a good session of pancha tattva yoga. He performs several asanas that are linked to the five elements of nature. He does surya namaskar, meditation, pranayamas and yoga nidra daily for about 40 minutes. Yoga is known to balance mind and body which helps in improving physical, mental and emotional wellness.

#2 He Performs Yoga Nidra Twice a Week
Considering his busy schedule, his sleep cycle is always disrupted and may take a toll on his health. In order to prevent that, the PM once shared that he takes yoga nidra to fight sleep deprivation and give ample rest to the body. This small activity helps in revitalising the body to get going while increasing his mental capacity.

#3 Walk as much as possible
Even though he gets a little time for himself in between his work commitments, he likes to utilise it by walking. The PM loves nature and so he likes to walk barefoot on green grass which has some exceptional health benefits.

#4 Early Breakfast and Light Dinner
We all know that PM Modi is a vegetarian and observes various fasts including 9-day Navratri fast. Despite that, he is always on the go because of his balanced diet. He once revealed that he eats breakfast by 9am. His diet comprises seasonal fruits, vegetables and whole grains to provide necessary nutrition to the body.
During the FIT India movement, he also revealed that he loves eating drumstick paratha which is loaded with vital nutrients. It is healthy, nutritious and tasty at the same time. Besides, he eats a light dinner which is mostly Gujarati vaghareli khichdi that is made using millets, lentils and Indian spices.

#5 Practise ayurveda to ward off health woes
